When he’s not on the road serving customers, you’ll find Derek spending time with his family, most often at the motocross track. His dedication, expertise, and community spirit make him an invaluable part of the Oak Island team.
Lloyd is our trusted right-hand man and a tremendous asset to the Oak Island team. Joining us from Moosehead Lake, he brings over 25 years of experience from running his own heating business — a true wealth of knowledge that strengthens everything we do. We’re grateful he’s chosen to spend his “retirement” doing what he loves and sharing his expertise with our customers.
When he’s not on the road, Lloyd can be found cheering on his three grandkids at whatever adventure they’re chasing — dance, soccer, or dirt bike racing. He and his wife, Melody, rarely miss a moment. His dedication, skill, and heart for family make him an invaluable part of our crew.
Bre is the voice behind the phone, the person managing the inbox, the schedule, and—truthfully—just about everything that keeps Oak Island running smoothly. As Lloyd’s daughter and Derek’s wife, she brings both family connection and professional expertise to the team.
A Moosehead Lake native, Bre holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and brings over 16 years of marketing industry experience to the company. Her organization, communication, and behind-the-scenes coordination ensure every customer interaction is seamless.
When she’s not in the office, you’ll find Bre spending time with family and friends—or happily lost in a good book.
